Snowshoe race

Today was my first snowshoe race of the year it was hard like all of then. in one moment i felt like i was lost so i kind of slow down to see if some body still behind me till two guys came along a said this is the way then i start going fast (well kind of fast) .
to tell you the truth that did not made any difference because the guy that was on 1st was way faster than me , but the 3rd place was close so i had to kept going ,
It was a great race got second and looking ahead to the next race.

La Nueva Vuelta A Espana

The new course of la vuelta has been show ,looks to be good for all kind of rider to prove what they have , one o the good thing is the start a night time TTT in Sevilla , is just gonna be two time trials, and like always in la vuelta is gonna be six mountain finishes sweet, with two new adds like La Bola Del Mundo and Cotobello, well we hope that is gonna be a good race and see some fireworks like always

Valverde to the court

Alejandro Valverde has to show at two different dates at court. will be at January 12-14 , when the vuelta campion will have his chance of proving his innocence for the doping charges made by the Italian cycling federation , well all of us hope that Alex will have a great time and be good to go for the 2010 Tour De France , to make things more interesting

CX NATIONALS RACE COVER

The race starts with powers putting the mega effort in the front to force the gap to open ,right on his wheel was j page , ,Johnson ,trebon and wells , but page had to pit and that was the end of his race . right after that TJ and powers worked together in the front and opened a gap to trebon . with three laps in the race, powers went down and lost his spot in the front. trebon tried to bridge up but did not have enough. loosing by 24 secs and getting 2nd place.,behind then, it was a race when powers ran out of steam with driscoll ,allowing page and wells to fight for the podium. in the end page out sprinted, wells getting a good 3rd place

CX NATIONALS

Today at 2:30 western time Jake wells just have the race of his live getting 12th in the cx nats ,what a great job for the Avon resident way to race, the race was won by Tim Johnson , follow @ 24 by my boy Ryan trebon and j page @ 51 ,then wells,powers, driscoll,Craig,timmerman,wicks , jonson ,decker and the great jake wells .great race one of the best ever, congratulations to all this riders for showing a big effort today.
